Myth of MQM

   Reproduction of Historical documents.

Following the government action against terrorism in Karachi in late 1980s and early 1990s, MQM had filed a petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 1994 seeking the virtual domination in Sindh claiming that it commanded a majority of 60% in the province. It was an effort to divide Sindh along the ethnic lines or between the Urban and Rural Sindh.

SANA had published and put on sale the original petition and the replies by the Governments of Sindh and Pakistan and the Sindh Democrats Group. All the proceeds were donated to the Sindh Democrats Group to pursue the case.
